Q1: What kind of products do you sell?
We sell digital products only, such as templates, guides and other downloadable resources. No physical items are shipped.
Q2: How will I receive my digital product?
After your payment is completed, you will see an instant download link on the checkout page. A copy of the download link will also be sent to your email address.
Q3: I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
Please first check your spam / junk folder. If you still can’t find the email after a few minutes, contact us at support@sagehaven.store and we will resend the download link.
Q4: Can I get a refund?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed. However, if you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will assist you.
Q5: Do you offer customer support?
Yes. Our support hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UTC). We typically respond within 24 hours.
